Natures Grub Corydoras Sticks are a 2.5mm sinking stick, specifically formulated for Corydoras catfish, these sinking sticks contain Black Soldier Fly Larvae as the main protein source, this fully sustainable insect meal is highly digestible & palatable.
As well as Insect Meal, we also use Salmon, Krill, Paprika & Spirulina for colour boosting, we also add a good amount of vegetable matter including seaweeds, green pea, spinach & alfalfa.

How Much Should I Feed?
This diet is suitable for most tropical & marine, carnivorous fish. You should feed as much as will be consumed in 2-3 mins, twice a day.
